近年来对胰腺囊性病变认识逐渐加深,国内外多次发布分类和指南,最先对胰腺囊性肿瘤性病变分类,以及后续将胰腺非肿瘤性囊性病变纳入分类标准。胰腺囊性病变的影像具有一定特点。本文对常见的胰腺囊性病变分类、指南进行解读,对相应的影像特点进行总结。提出胰腺囊性病变存在的问题以及未来展望。

The understanding of pancreatic cystic lesions has gradually deepened in recent years.Classification and guidelines have been published at home and abroad.The classification of pancreatic cystic neoplastic lesions and the subsequent classification of pancreatic non-neoplastic cystic lesions have been included.Imaging of pancreatic cystic lesions has certain characteristics.This article interpreted the classification and guidelines of common pancreatic cystic lesions and summarized the corresponding image features.The problems and future prospects of pancreatic cystic lesions are proposed.
