新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)在消化系统的研究进展

Research progress of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)in digestive system

2019年新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的出现及迅速蔓延引发了这场“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,部分患者出现了除外呼吸道症状的消化系统症状,对于SARS-CoV-2是否可通过粪口传播及是否在消化系统有所表现引发了广泛的关注和讨论。本文通过围绕SARS-CoV-2在消化系统的研究进展作一总结,以供临床决策参考。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)emerged and spread rapidly in 2019,which triggered the“public health emergencies of international concern”.Some patients developed digestive symptoms except respiratory symptoms.It has aroused wide concern and discussion about whether SARS-CoV-2 can spread with fecal-oral transmission and whether it is manifested in the digestive system.In this paper,SARS-CoV-2 was reviewed in the research progress of digestive system,so as to provide reference for clinical decision making.
