摘要
为探讨枣实生群体叶表型性状的多样性和环境适应能力,选取251株生长稳定的枣实生单株进行试验,对其叶片表现性状进行观测并分析,研究群体间和群体内的表现变异程度及多样性,来揭示枣实生群体的表型变异规律。结果表明:4个枣实生群体的叶片颜色、叶片状态和叶基形状3个性状均与母本有不同程度的差异;实生群体的叶片颜色、叶片状态、叶基形状、叶面积和叶柄长等性状的变异较为丰富。枣实生群体间离散系数均值为64.62%,变异幅度为52.52%~70.11%;4个实生后代群体的多样性指数均值为4.020,其中婆婆枣群体表型性状平均多样性指数达到了4.230,表明各群体叶表型性状的在群体间和群体内的变异幅度大,离散程度较高,尤其是婆婆枣后代群体叶片表型多样性较丰富。
In order to investigate the diversity of leaf phenotypic traits and environmental adaptability of jujube population,251strains of stable and stable jujube plants were selected for experiment,and their leaf traits were observed and analyzed to study the variation among groups and within groups.Degree and diversity to reveal the phenotypic variation of the jujube population.The results showed that the leaf color,leaf state and leaf base shape of the four jujube populations were different from the female parent;the leaf color,leaf state,leaf base shape,leaf area and petiole length of the seedling group were The variation of traits is more abundant.The average coefficient of dispersion between the populations of jujube was 64.62%,and the variation range was 52.52%~70.11%.The average diversity index of the four generations of progeny population was 4.020.The average diversity index of phenotypic traits of the mother-in-law group reached 4.230,indicating that each The variation of leaf phenotypic traits among populations was large and the degree of dispersion was high.Especially,the leaf phenotype diversity of the progeny of the mother-in-law was rich.
