水利改革发展总基调的湖南探索与实践

Practices of Hunan Province to implement the keynote of water conservancy reform and development

2019年水利部党组提出"水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管"水利改革发展总基调,湖南省深化思想认识,积极探索实践。梳理了2019年湖南省贯彻落实水利改革发展总基调的探索与实践,分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出了今后一个时期湖南水利工作的总体思路和目标任务。

After the keynote of water conservancy reform and development,"making up the shortfall of water works,strengthening supervision of the water sector"was put forward by the Ministry of Water Resources in 2019,the water department of Hunan Province has raised awareness on its importance with active exploration and practices.Based on review of its implementation in 2019,the main issues currently existed in Hunan Province are examined,together with proposals of overall ideas and targeted tasks for water management in the following period.
