摘要
诸葛菜是一种综合利用价值极高的新型油料作物,其种子中积累了丰富的不饱和脂肪酸。为了研究诸葛菜种子油的综合价值,利用气相色谱(GC)测定不同发育时期种子的脂肪酸成分及含量,并将其与几种常见十字花科植物种子脂肪酸成分和含量进行比较。结果表明,诸葛菜种子发育的早、中、晚3个时期脂肪酸组成结构差别不大,均是不饱和脂肪酸含量远大于饱和脂肪酸含量,其中,不饱和脂肪酸中含量最多的是亚油酸,饱和脂肪酸中棕榈酸含量最多;其组成结构与芥菜等5种十字花科植物的脂肪酸组成结构一致,且其总脂肪酸含量随着发育时间的延长而增长。研究结果可为提高诸葛菜种子油的利用率及综合利用价值提供理论依据。
Orychophragmus violaceus is a new oil crop with high value.Orychophragmus violaceus seeds have abundant unsaturated fatty.To study the comprehensive value of Orychophragmus violaceus seed oil,fatty acid composition and content of seeds at different developmental stages were measured by gas chromatography,and compared with the fatty acid composition and content of several common Cruciferous plant seeds.The results showed that there was little difference in fatty acid composition of Orychophragmus violaceus's seeds during early,middle and late stages development.The content of unsaturated fatty acids was much more than that of saturated fatty acids,and linoleic acid was the most abundant in unsaturated fatty acids and palmitic acid was the most abundant in saturated fatty acids.The composition construction was also consistent with the fatty acid composition of five Cruciferous plants such as mustard,and their total fatty acid content increased with the prolongation of developmental time.The research results will provide a theoretical basis for improving the utilization rate and comprehensive utilization value of the seed oil of Orychophragmus violaceus.
