摘要
为探索等离子体处理对甜荞种子的影响,选用晋荞麦3号和晋荞麦7号设置等离子体电流(1.0、1.4、1.8、2.1 A)和次数(1、2、3次)进行发芽试验和田间试验。结果表明,等离子体处理晋荞麦3号种子对其发芽率影响不显著,但对地上部苗高和地下部根长的影响差异显著,且苗高和根长不同处理间差异显著;1.0、1.8、2.1 A剂量处理对苗高的影响显著优于1.4 A剂量处理,平均苗高分别较1.4 A剂量处理增高41.2%、39.9%和38.0%,1.0 A剂量处理3次后苗高最高,达15.06 cm;1.0、1.8 A剂量处理对根长的影响显著优于2.1、1.4 A剂量处理;使用发芽试验的最佳处理(1.1 A处理3次)后,晋荞麦3号比对照增产13.9%,晋荞麦7号比对照减产11.8%。
To explore the effect of plasma treatment on common buckwheat seeds,the plasma currents(1.0,1.4,1.8,2.1 A)and times(1,2,3 times)were set up for the germination and field test with Jinqiaomai 3 and Jinqiaomai 7.The results showed that the germination rate was not significant in Jinqiaomai 3 subjected to plasma treatment.However,the effects were significant on the aboveground seedling height and the underground root length.And there was the significant differences among different doses and times at the 5%levels.The effects of 1.0,1.8,2.1 A doses on seedling height were significantly better than that of 1.4 A dose,and the average seedling height increased 41.2%,39.9%,38.0%,respectively.When the dose of 1.0 A was treated with 3 times,the seedling height was the highest,reaching 15.06 cm.The effects on root length at 1.0 A and 1.8 A doses treatments were significantly better than those at doses of 2.1 A and 1.4 A treatments.The optimal treatment was dose of 1.1 A with 3 times,and its yield increased by 13.9%in Jinqiaomai 3,but decreased by 11.8%in Jinqiaomai 7 compared with control.
