不同地黄种质在山西南部的生物学性状及适应性评价

Biological Characteristics and Adaptability Evaluation of Different Rehmannia glutinosa Germplasm in the South of Shanxi Province

为了明确不同地黄种质在山西南部的适应性,2017—2018年对搜集到的9份地黄种质的地上部和地下部的表型性状、产量和品质进行观察和测定。结果表明,不同地黄种质在叶片性状、根部性状方面变异较大;小区产量北京3号和白高于其他种质;不同种质的梓醇含量为0.30%~1.73%,毛蕊花糖苷含量以吨王最高。根据聚类分析结果,吨王和北京3号可作为山西南部地黄栽培的优选品种。

To clarify the adaptability of different Rehmannia glutinosa germplasms in south of Shanxi,From 2017 to 2018,phenotypic traits of overground and underground parts,yield and quality of 9 Rehmannia glutinosa germplasms were observed and determined.The results showed that there were significant variations in leaf traits and root traits among different Rehmannia glutinosa germplasms.The yield of Beijing 3 and Bai was higher than that of other germplasms.The Catalpol content of different Rehmannia glutinosa germplasms was 0.30%-1.73%,and the mullein glycoside content of Dunwang was the highest.According to the results of cluster analysis,Dunwang and Beijing 3 could be used as the best varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa cultivation in the south of Shanxi province.
