紫茎泽兰提取物对番茄病害致病菌的抑制作用 被引量:8

摘要 为获取安全的植物源杀菌剂,采用菌丝生长速率法研究了7种紫茎泽兰不同提取物组分(A、B、C、D、E、F、S)在不同质量浓度(0.1、0.5、1.0 mg/mL)下对番茄枯萎病和早疫病致病菌的抑制效果。结果表明,3种浓度下紫茎泽兰不同提取物组分对番茄枯萎病、早疫病致病菌均具有抑制作用,其中,质量浓度为1.0 mg/mL时抑制效果较为显著,该质量浓度下,对番茄枯萎病致病菌抑制效果最好的是D组分,抑制率达到89.38%,抑菌率大小依次为D>F>S>E>B>C>A;对番茄早疫病致病菌抑制效果最好的是B组分,抑制率为80.25%,抑菌率大小依次为B>D>F>E>C>S>A;相同提取物组分对枯萎病致病菌的抑菌效果优于早疫病致病菌。 To obtain safe plant-derived fungicides,the mycelial growth rate method was used to study the different extract components(A,B,C,D,E,F,S)of 7 species of Eupatorium adenophorum at different mass concentrations(0.1,0.5,1.0 mg/mL)inhibition effect of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lycopersici and Alternaria solani.The results showed that the different extract components of Eupatorium adenophorum at 3 concentrations had inhibitory effects on the pathogens of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lycopersici and Alternaria solani.Among them,the inhibitory effect was more significant when the mass concentration was 1.0 mg/mL.At this mass concentration,the best inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lycopersici was component D,the inhibition rate reached 89.38%,and the order of inhibition rate was D>F>S>E>B>C>A.The best inhibitory effect on Alternaria solani was component B,the inhibition rate was 80.25%,and the order of inhibition rate was B>D>F>E>C>S>A.The same extract component had better bacteriostatic effect on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Lycopersici than Alternaria solani.
