9种植物提取物对三七根腐病病原菌的抑菌活性测定 被引量:7

摘要 以髓烂型三七根腐病病原菌为供试材料,采用二倍稀释法和生长速率法研究了苦楝子、瑞香狼毒等9种植物提取物对三七根腐病病原菌的抑菌活性,并进一步研究了苦楝子提取物对供试病原菌的毒力。结果表明,相较于其他几种植物提取物,苦楝子提取物对三七根腐病病原菌菌丝生长具有较好的抑制效果,在质量浓度为2 mg/mL时,抑制率为100%;在96 h时,对病原菌的EC50为0.60 mg/mL。说明苦楝子提取物对三七根腐病病原菌具有较强的抑制作用,具有开发成新型绿色植物源抗菌剂的潜力。 In this study,the pathogen of Panax notoginseng(Sanqi)root rot was used as the test material,the antibacterial activity of 9 plants extracts against the pathogen of Panax notoginseng root rot was studied by using the double-dilution method and the growth rate method.Furthermore,the virulence of Melia azedarach L.extract on tested pathogen was studied.The results showed that Melia azedarach L.extract had better inhibitory effect on the mycelia growth of Panax notoginseng root rot than others,and the inhibition rates was 100%at 2 mg/mL.At 96 h,the EC50 of the pathogen was 0.60 mg/mL.The results indicated that Melia azedarach L.extract had a strong inhibitory effect on the root rot of Panax notoginseng(Sanqi),and had the potential to be developed into a new type of green plant-derived pesticide agent.
