In recent years, the Red Bull industry in Pingliang city has become the most important industry to fight against poverty. The Red Bull industry has played an important role in helping speed up the pace of casting off poverty and increase the farmer’s income. Through discussion and investigations, this paper summarizes the main methods and models of promoting poverty alleviation through the development of cattle industry in Pingliang for reference.
