阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并冠心病58例分析

Analysis of 58 Cases of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Atorvastatin

目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者的疗效。方法选116例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗,实验组联用阿托伐他汀,比较临床结局。结果实验组临床疗效、LVESD、LVEDD及血脂水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对降低糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血脂、尿酸、心功能水平作用显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 116 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment.The experimental group was combined with atorvastatin to compare the clinical outcomes.Results The clinical efficacy,LVESD,LVEDD and blood lipid levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin has a significant effect on reducing blood lipid,uric acid and cardiac function in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.
