细节护理在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Application Effect of Detail Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨细节护理在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法于2018年5月—2019年5月该院接收的糖尿病患者88例,作为该文主要观察对象,以电脑随机法,将其分组对照,其中常规组44例行常规化护理,研究组44例行细节护理管理。对比两组护理前后餐后血糖、空腹血糖以及患者护理总满意度。结果研究组餐后血糖以及空腹血糖均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过细节护理管理,有助于糖尿病患者更好的控制血糖,提高其满意度,值得在临床中大力推荐。

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetes.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,88 patients with diabetes were enrolled in this hospital.As the main subjects of this study,they were compared by computer randomization.Among them,44 patients in the routine group underwent routine nursing;44 patients in the study group with routine detail care management.Postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,and total patient care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through detailed nursing management,it is helpful for diabetic patients to better control blood glucose and improve their satisfaction.It is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.
