摘要
本文以某病房楼为研究对象,简介了其集中空调系统的设计,测试了项目运行时冷源侧相关参数、室内温湿度。结果表明:冷冻水供回水温度过高、冷冻水供回水温差偏小、冷却水供回水温度偏低、室内空气相对湿度过高等问题。分析了相关问题的原因,给出了相应建议。经计算,夏季测试时段系统制冷与生活热水工况的运行费用为0.36元/m 2(商业用天然气价格4.0元/m 3、商业用电1.0元/kW)。
The design of centralized air conditioning system in a ward building is introduced briefly.The related parameters of cold source side and indoor temperature and humidity are tested when the project is running.The results show that there are some problems in the system,such as high temperature of chilled supply and return water,small temperature difference between chilled supply and return water,low temperature of cooling water,and high relative humidity of indoor air.The causes of these problems are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are given.In the test period,the operating cost of the system(refrigeration and hot water)is 0.36 Yuan/m 2(commercial natural gas price is 4.0 Yuan/m 3,commercial electricity consumption is 1.0 Yuan/kW).
