构建高校党建与思想政治工作育人体系的实践探索

Practical Exploration on Constructing the System of Party Construction and Ideological and Political Education in the University

韩山师范学院党委牢记育人初心使命,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想统领学校一切工作,举党旗、聚党魂、铸灵魂,实施大学习、建基地、扬文化、选干部、严纪律、重激励、树典型、夯基础、强保障"九大抓手",着力构建高校党建与思想政治工作育人体系。"九大抓手"实施近两年来,取得了明显的工作成效,但也存在一些不足,必须持续不断加以改进,切实落实党对高校的全面领导。

The Party Committee of Hanshan Normal University always keeps the original mission of education firmly in mind,with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide in all work of the university,and construct party building and ideological and political education system in the university by holding high the Party flag and casting the spirit of the Party through nine major approaches,i.e.implementing great learning,building bases,carrying forward the culture,appointing cadres,observing strict discipline,promoting incentives,establishing models,reinforcing the foundation,and enhancing the supporting measures.In the past two years since the implementation of these nine approaches,significant results have been achieved,but there are also some shortcomings,which must be continuously improved to effectively implement the Party’s overall leadership of the university.
