新时代师范院校教师党支部的新作为

New Actions of Teachers’Party Branches in Normal Universities in the New Era

摘要 当前,我国高校教师党支部建设工作仍然面临新情况新问题,一些党支部政治功能弱化、教师党员党的意识不强、先锋模范作用发挥不突出等。培养"四有"好老师是新时代师范院校教师党支部建设的主要抓手之一,也是一个重要的建设目标。"四成为"方案是教师党支部新作为,"三步工作法"是其基本工作方法。培养"四有"好老师有利于发挥师范院校教师党支部主体作用,增强组织力与战争力,真正成为办好中国特色社会主义师范院校的重要支撑。 At present,the construction of teachers’Party branches in universities in China is still facing new situations and new problems:the political function of some Party branches is weakened;the awareness of teachers’Party members is not strong;and the role of pioneers and models is not prominent.The cultivation of good teachers with"four characteristics"is not only one of the main focuses of teachers’Party branches in normal universities,but also an important construction goal.The"Four Becoming"programme is a new initiative of the teachers’Party branches,with the"three-step approach"as its basic working method.The cultivation of good teachers with"four characteristics"is conducive to giving full play to the main role of the teachers’Party branches in normal universities,enhancing organizational and fighting capacity,and truly becoming an important support for the success of socialist normal universities with Chinese characteristics.
