潮汕地区捐助型民间慈善组织的社会救助现状研究

A Study on the Current Situation of Social Assistance of Contributory Civil Charity Organizations in Chaoshan Area

福利国家向福利多元组合的转变,其核心是"民营化"或"非政府化",捐助型民间慈善组织作为民间慈善组织中富有地方特色的一种,是福利多元化的体现和运用。潮汕地区捐助型民间慈善组织在参与社会救助方面发挥着十分重要的作用,拥有自身独特的优势。然而,现阶段潮汕地区捐助型民间慈善组织仍然面临资金收入短缺、人员管理不完善和公信力缺失的问题,其未来的发展可从树立正确慈善观念、拓宽资金来源渠道和优化管理模式三方面入手,促进组织朝科学化、专业化的方向发展。

The core of the transformation of the welfare state into a diversified welfare combination is"privatization"or"non-governmentalization".Contributory civil charity organizations are one of the special types of charity organizations,which is the embodiment and application of welfare diversification.Contributory civil charity organizations in Chaoshan area play an important role in social assistance and have unique advantages.However,they still face the problems of shortage of funds and incomes,imperfect personnel management and lack of credibility.In order to promote the organizations toward the direction of scientific and professional development,it is suggested to establish a correct concept of charity,expand sources of funds and develop the management mode.
