在健康中国上升为国家发展战略和体育产业成为朝阳产业的背景下,未来国家将需要越来越多的体育专业人才。招生工作是体育类研究生培养的非常重要的初始环节。高校要在招生工作中要根据原有体育学科的特色和本身所具有的资源优势、地域特色量身凝练学科方向与特色;要打好就业率这个金字招牌,就业率的展示上要不断体现就业与国家政策和社会需求的契合;一级学科招生的情况下,要展示过去二级学科及三级研究方向积累的成绩和特色、优势的资源和未来对人才培养的思路,有助于招收更加符合原有培养特色的学生;体育学科属于交叉学科,多招收跨学科考生,有利于学科发展;在招生宣传中加强政策宣传,拓展灵活的招生考核方式,提前锁定优秀生源。
