构建新时代“培训学”刍议--基于人的全面发展理论视角 被引量:1

On the Construction of "Trainology" in the New Era--From the Perspective of Human’s All-round Development Theory

摘要 构建新时代"培训学"是人的美好生活获得、人的全面发展和培训事业健康发展的需要。在培训界的长期努力下,学界已积累了丰厚的研究成果,培训理论、培训模式、培训制度等不断丰富、创新、完善,这为构建新时代"培训学"提供了可能。构建新时代"培训学"需要从三个方面着力:坚持人的全面发展理论,强化培训主体的培训自觉意识,推进培训"政策-理论-实践"一体化建设。 The construction of "trainology" in the new era is the need of people’s good life, comprehensive development and healthy development of training career. Thanks to the long-term efforts of the training industry, it has accumulated abundant research achievements, and continuously enriched, innovated and improved the training theories, training modes and training systems,which have provided the possibility for the construction of "trainology" in the new era.The construction of "trainology" in the new era needs to focus on three aspects: adhering to the theory of all-round development of human beings,strengthening the consciousness of training subjects,and promoting the integration of "policy, theory and practice".
