面向市场需求的高校非学历培训教育研究

近年来,随着中国特色社会主义事业发展持续加速,加之市场经济体制改革日臻深化,对人力资源的需求结构趋于多样,并提出了更高要求。唯有不断学习,才能紧跟时代发展步伐,进而从容地应对社会竞争挑战。高校非学历培训教育的市场需求缺口不断扩大,其发展势在必行,是打造"教育强国""、人才强国"的关键一环。本文基于对高校非学历培训教育的概述,着重就其面对市场需求的发展对策进行了探究。

In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the deepening of the reform of the market economy system, the demand structure for human resources tends to be diversified and higher requirements are put forward. Only by continuous learning can we keep pace with the development of the times and then calmly deal with the challenges of social competition. The gap in market demand for non-academic training and education in colleges and universities is constantly widening, and its development is imperative. It is a key link in building a "powerful nation in education" and a "powerful nation in talents". Based on an overview of non-academic training and education this paper focuses on its development countermeasures in the face of market demand.
