摘要
目的 探讨瑜伽休息术对女性系统性红斑狼疮患者抑郁情绪和睡眠障碍的效果评价.方法 采用随机数字表法,将郑州市某三级甲等医院38名合并抑郁情绪和睡眠障碍的女性系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为试验组(n=18)和对照组(n=20).对照组给予常规睡眠健康教育和心理疏导,试验组在此基础上进行瑜伽休息术练习.结果 干预后,试验组患者的抑郁自评量表及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表总得分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 瑜伽休息术能有效改善系统性红斑狼疮女性患者的抑郁情绪和睡眠障碍,有助于系统性红斑狼疮女性患者身心健康的恢复.
Objective To explore the effects of yoga nidra on sleep disorder and depression of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Thirty-eight female patients with SLE who had depression and sleep disorders in a tertiary hospital of Zhengzhou were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=18)and the control group(n=20)by randomized digital table.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care while patients in the experimental group received yoga nidra exercises besides routine care.Results The total scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yoga nidra can improve the depression level and sleep disorders in female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.It is helpful to the physical and psychological well-being of the female patients with SLE.
