职业教育现代学徒制“四化”模式探究

摘要 为了进一步提高人才培养质量,部分高职院校对现代学徒制“四化”模式进行了创新构建研究。现代学徒制“四化”模式,即在对学生进行培养的过程中,做到专业教师团队化、教学过程有序化、教学项目企业化和人员身份双重化。在分析现代学徒制的特征及“四化”模式建设方向的基础上,指出现代学徒制“四化”模式构建过程中需要注意的问题。 In order to further improve the quality of personnel training,some higher vocational colleges have carried out the research on the innovation and construction of the four mode of the modern apprenticeship.The"four mode"of modern apprenticeship is to achieve the team-up of professional teachers,the orderly teaching process,the enterpriseization of teaching projects and the dual identity of personnel in the process of training students.On the basis of clarifying the characteristics of modern apprenticeship and the construction direction of the four mode,it is pointed out the problems that need to be paid attention to in the construction of the four mode of modern apprenticeship.
