The Application of Production-oriented Approach in Oral Teaching of Higher Vocational English

产出导向法是具有中国特色的、符合我国英语学习者客观实际的、新型本土化外语教学理论。针对高职英语口语教学中存在的不足,从完善教学方案设计、借助多种渠道输入信息、运用得当的教学方法三方面探讨产出导向法在高职英语口语教学中的具体实施路径,并分析产出导向法运用于高职英语口语教学所面临的挑战及应对策略。

Production-oriented approach is a new localization foreign language teaching theory with Chinese characteristics that conforms to the objective reality of English learners in China.Based on the shortcomings in oral teaching of higher vocational English,this paper explores the specific implementation path of production-oriented approach in oral teaching of higher vocational English from three aspects:perfecting the design of teaching program,entering information through multiple channels and using the proper teaching method.This paper also discusses the challenges and strategies of applying production-oriented method in oral teaching of higher vocational English.
