砚山县常见饲用植物营养与青贮品质研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究根据砚山县饲草资源供应状况,开展了桂牧1号杂交象草、纳罗克非洲狗尾草、曲辰9号玉米、乐食高丹草、构树、羊蹄甲6种饲用植物的鲜草和青贮试验研究。分析测定了青贮前后饲草的营养价值和适口性。结果表明:曲辰9号玉米为优质的青贮饲料,可以作为云南热带、亚热带地区优质饲草资源推广利用;非洲狗尾草、乐食高丹草、桂牧1号杂交象草粗蛋白含量较低,粗纤维含量较高,降低了饲草的饲用价值和优良特性,建议生产上提早利用,其中桂牧1号杂交象草建议生长高度在150cm以前刈割利用;木本饲用植物构树和羊蹄甲的青贮品质明显高于其他饲草,青贮后单宁含量较低,青贮过程中营养成分损失较少,对其进行青贮开发利用,可有效解决饲草短缺季节牲畜蛋白质营养供应不足的问题。 The research was designed with 6 silage making treatments,according to the supply status of forage resources in Yanshan County,such as T1.Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum cv.Guimu No.1,T2.Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok,T3.Zea mays L.T4.Broussonetia papyrifera,T5.Sorghum bicolor×Sorghum sudanense cv.Everlush,T6 Bauhinia purpurea L.he nutritional value and palatability of forage before and after silage were analyzed.The results showed that:1 Quchen No.9 corn was a high quality silage,which could be Promoted and used as a high-quality forage resource in tropical and subtropical areas of Yunnan;2 African foxtail,Le Shi Gaodan grass and Guimu No.1 hybrid grassy low rough protein content and high crude fiber content reduced the forage value and excellent characteristics of forage.It was recommended to use it early in production;among them,the hybrid grass of Guimu No.1 is recommended to be castrated before 150 cm;3 The silage quality of forage plant mulberry and goat’s hoof was significantly higher than other forages.The content of tannin after silage was low,and the loss of nutrients during silage was less.It could be used for silage development and utilization,which could effectively solve the problem about the shortage of forage and the insufficient supply of season livestock protein nutrition.
