构建中医浊毒理论体系框架的思考

Thinking on Constructing the Framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine Turbidity-toxin Theoretical System

基于国医大师李佃贵所创浊毒理论构建中医浊毒理论体系,基于浊毒研究的现状和自身特点,规范浊毒的概念,整合浊毒的病因、病机,梳理浊毒证主症、兼次症及临床类证的表现,拓展并明确浊毒证诊疗思路及疾病应用范畴,同时建立相关证候模型并推进实验研究。在此基础上进一步阐明浊毒的致病机制、以浊毒立论的化浊解毒法对疾病的干预调节机制,使浊毒理论更好地指导临床与科研。

Based on the theory of turbidity-toxin founded by LI Diangui, a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), a theoretical system of TCM turbidity-toxin is constructed. Through status quo and characteristics of turbidity-toxin research, the concept of turbidity-toxin is standardized;etiology and pathogenesis of turbidity-toxin are integrated;manifestations of main symptoms, concurrent and secondary symptoms in turbidity-toxin syndrome and clinically similar syndromes are combed;the train of thought of diagnosis and treatment in turbidity-toxin syndrome and application scope of the disease are expanded and verified. Meanwhile, related syndrome model is established and experimental study is propelled. On this basis, this paper further clarifies the pathogenic mechanism of turbidity-toxin and the mechanism of resolving turbidity and detoxication method that standing on the point of turbidity-toxin in intervention and regulation for diseases, so as to make turbidity-toxin theory better guide clinical practice and scientific research.
