2014-2018年济宁市职业病发病情况分析

Analysis on incidence of occupational diseases in Jining City from 2014-2018

目的了解2014-2018年济宁市职业病的发病情况及发病趋势,为政府部门制定职业病防治策略提供基础资料。方法对2014-2018年济宁市的职业病病例进行描述统计分析。结果 2014-2018年济宁市共报告新发职业病301例,发病地区主要是任城区、邹城市、兖州区和汶上县,报告种类主要是职业性尘肺病(157例,占52.16%);其次是职业性传染病(62例,占20.60%)和职业性耳鼻喉口腔疾病(46例,占15.28%);男性为主,占95.35%,年龄主要是>40岁,占79.07%,发病工龄主要是5~14和25~34年组,占57.48%;企业主要分布在国有、大型和采矿业,分别占70.76%、65.12%和61.46%。结论 2014-2018年济宁市职业病发病总体趋势为折线型,政府部门应加强对采矿业、农林牧副渔业和制造业的监督管理,预防和控制职业病,保护劳动者健康。

Objective To analyze the incidence and trend of occupational diseases in Jining City from 2014-2018,provide the basic information for government departments to formulate occupational disease prevention strategies. Methods A descriptive statistical analysis of occupational disease cases in Jining City from 2014-2018 was conducted. Results A total of 301 newly issued occupational diseases cases were reported in Jining City between 2014 and 2018. The affected areas mainly were Rencheng District,Zoucheng City,Yanzhou District and Wenshang County. The most reported cases were occupational pneumoconiosis(157 cases,accounting for 52.16%),followed by the occupational infectious diseases(62 cases,accounting for 20.60%),occupational ear,nose and throat,and oral diseases(46 cases,accounting for 15.28%). The most of patients were male and over 40 years old,accounting for 95.35%and 79.07%,respectively. The patients mainly were workers with length of service of 5-14 years and 25-34 years. Enterprises were mainly distributed in state-owned,large-scale and mining industries,accounting for 70.76%,65.12% and 61.46%,respectively.Conclusion The general trend of occupational diseases in Jining City from 2014-2018 showed a broken line type. The government departments should strengthen the supervision and administration of the mining industry,agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and manufacturing industries,to prevent and control the occupational diseases and protect the workers’ health.
