β-2肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与中国汉族儿童哮喘易感性的Meta分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的应用Meta分析综合评估β-2肾上腺素能受体基因(β-2AR)单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点多态性与中国汉族儿童群体中哮喘易感性之间的关系。方法检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Knowledge、中国知网、全文数据库、万方医学期刊数据库、维普医药信息资源系统,收集β-2肾上腺素能受体基因多态性与中国汉族儿童哮喘易感性的相关文献。采用Stata14.0对符合纳入标准的文献做Meta分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,累计哮喘病例1959例,对照组1768例,所有入选文献均满足Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律。分析结果显示,中国汉族儿童β-2AR基因的Arg16Gly位点突变基因G携带者(GG+GA)的哮喘发病风险较野生型纯合子(AA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Glu27Gly位点的突变基因G携带者(GG+CG)的哮喘发病风险较野生型纯合子(CC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而CG/GG的基因型显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),OR=2.240,95%CI为1.337~3.754。结论β-2AR基因的16位点基因多态性与中国汉族儿童哮喘易感性无相关性,而27位点G突变基因可能是中国汉族儿童哮喘的保护因素。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of β-2 adrenergic receptor gene(β-2AR)and asthma susceptibility in Chinese Han children population by meta-analysis.Methods PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Knowledge,CNKI,full-text database,Wanfang medical journal database,VIP medical information resource system were searched to collect the related literature of polymorphism of β-2 adrenergic receptor gene and asthma susceptibility of Chinese Han children.Stata 14.0 was used to conduct the meta-analysis of articles that met the inclusion criteria.Results A total of 13 articles were included,including 1959 cases of asthma and 1768 cases of control group.All the selected literatures were satisfied the Hardy-Weinberg law of genetic balance.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the risk of asthma located at Arg16Gly locus between mutant gene G carriers GG+GA and the wild type homozygous(AA)of Chinese Han children(P>0.05).Moreover there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the asthma risk located at Glu27Gly between mutant gene G carriers GG+CG and the wild type homozygous(CC).However,the genotypes of CG/GG was statistically significant(P<0.05),and OR=2.240,95%CI(1.337,3.754).Conclusion Polymorphism of β-2AR gene at 16 loci is not associated with asthma susceptibility in Chinese Han children,whereas G mutation at locus 27 may be a protective factor for asthma in Chinese Han children.
