摘要
当前两法衔接信息共享平台建设存在平台与其他执法办案系统不兼容,信息录入缺乏刚性标准,平台运用不充分等缺陷。文章指出,自贸区两法衔接平台的建设有六大优势,对此,应充分发挥自贸区"管委会"的组织、协调作用,合理设计区内两法衔接平台的功能模块,完善自贸区内两法衔接信息共享平台的立法保障,以充分发挥两法衔接监督机制的重要作用。
At present,the construction of information sharing platform connecting the two laws has some defects,such as the incompatibility between the platform and other law enforcement case handling systems,the lack of rigid standards for information entry,and the inadequate use of the platform. This paper points out the platform has six major advantages,therefore,We should give full play to the organizational and coordinating role of the "Administrative Committee",reasonably design the functional modules of the platform,improve the legislative guarantee of the information sharing platform,and fulfill the important role of the supervision mechanism.
