Research on Issues Related to Big Data Technology in the Judicial Field

司法领域是社会公平正义实现的要塞,将大数据技术引入司法活动中势在必行。将大数据应用于司法领域,能进一步促进社会治理智慧化、正义化、迅捷化。文章分析了"司法大数据"的发展现状,指出"司法大数据"在实际应用过程中面临的问题和挑战,从实际出发,加强数据建设、树立大数据思维、强化人才培养、完善相关制度构建、强化大数据平台建设等对策。

The judicial field is the fortress for the realization of social equity and justice so it is imperative to introduce big data technology into judicial activities. The application of big data in the judicial field can further promote the wisdom,justice and rapid development of social governance. This paper analyzes the development status of"judicial big data",points out the problems,challenges in the practical application,and some countermeasures such as strengthening data construction,setting up big data thinking,strengthening talent cultivation,perfecting related system construction,and strengthening big data platform construction.
