采购受限情形下的库存决策研究综述与展望

Review and Prospect of Inventory Decision Research under the Condition of Procurement Restriction

在实际运营中,采购会受到各种条件的限制和约束。基于近几年的研究,提出了资金、数量、时间三个视角。从预算约束、融资决策、支付方式三个角度分析了资金约束下的库存策略;从库存容量、订货批量、供货能力三个方面,归纳了数量约束下的库存决策;基于提前期、保质期(主要为易逝品)、时间窗口约束下的库存-路径问题,分析了时间因素对于库存策略的影响。通过对各种采购限制条件的梳理,对采购受限情形下的库存决策进行了综述。分析了当前研究的热点和难点,同时对未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。

In actual operations,procurement is subject to various conditions and constraints.Based on research in recent years,three perspectives of capital,quantity and time were proposed.From the three perspectives of budget constraint,financing decision,payment method andthe inventory strategy under the constraint of funds were analyzed.From the three aspects of inventory capacity,order quantity and supply capacity,the inventory decision under quantity constraint was summarized.Based on the inventory-path problem under the constraint of lead time,shelf life(mainly perishable goods),time window constraints and the influence of time on inventory strategy were analyzed.Through the combing of various procurement restrictions,the inventory decision in the case of limited procurement is reviewed.The hotspots and difficulties of current research are analyzed,and the possible future research directions are prospected.
