摘要
指出了排污许可制度改革是我国当前生态文明体制改革的重要一环,从排污许可制度的实施情况来看,企业在实际基层实践过程中仍存在着一些问题。对企业排污许可证申请及证后执行等基础实践过程中存在的较为常见的问题进行了总结与分析,以期为企业及相关监管部门提供参考借鉴。
The reform of pollutant permit system is an important part of China’s ecological civilization system reform.Judging from the implementation of pollutant permit,there are still some problems in actual grassroots practice.In order to provide reference for enterprises and the regulatory authorities,the paper summarizes and analyzes the common problems in grassroots practice of application and post-certificate management.
