基于生态宜居理念的黄石市工业遗存更新设计策略

Research on the Design Method of Public Cultural Facilities in the Transformation of Industrial Heritage into Creative Industrial Park

指出了黄石市作为华中地区重要的原材料工业基地,全国资源枯竭转型试点城市,亟需解决将大量废弃或闲置的工业用地进行更新设计与再利用的问题,以建设可持续发展的生态宜居城市。研究了国内外关于生态城市与宜居城市的概念与评价因素,针对黄石工业遗存现状和城市文化特色,提出了城市不同类型的工业遗存可采用不同的更新设计策略,同时给出了优秀参考案例,以期为黄石生态宜居城市建设和其他相似类型城市的转型发展提供参考。

Huangshi as an important raw material industrial base in Central China and national pilot cities for resource exhaustion transformation,it urgently needs to solve the problem of renewal design and reuse of a large number of abandoned or idle industrial land to build a sustainable and ecologically livable city.This article studies the concept and evaluation factors of eco-city and livable city at home and abroad,aiming at the status quo of Huangshi industrial relics and urban cultural characteristics.It alsoproposes that different types of industrial relics in cities can adopt different renewal design strategies.At the same time,excellent reference cases are cited,in order to provide reference for the construction of Huangshi ecological livable city and the transformation and development of other similar cities.
