摘要 有机磷农药毒死蜱是一种高效广谱的杀虫剂,在我国得到广泛施用的同时也带来了潜在的危害。在自然环境中,农药可以通过物理、化学和生物的方法降低其在环境中的浓度,其中生物降解是去除有机磷农药最主要的途径,同时该方法安全可靠、杜绝了二次污染。综合了近几年的文献,分别从环境行为、降解转化途径、生物修复等方面对其叙述,旨在为今后中国地区关于农药毒死蜱的环境修复和环境健康风险评价提供基本参考依据。 Chlorpyrifos organophosphorus pesticide is a highly effective and broad-spectrum insecticide,which has been widely used in China and brought potential harm.In the natural environment,pesticides can be reduced by physical,chemical and biological methods.Among them,biodegradation is the most important way to remove organophosphorus pesticides,and this method is safe and reliable,preventing secondary pollution.This article reviews the literature in recent years and describes them from aspects of environmental behavior,degradation and transformation.It aims to provide basic reference for the future environmental restoration and environmental health risk assessment of chlorpyrifos in China.
