大型海洋平台立柱尺寸控制研究

摘要 进入本世纪以来,我国的海洋石油事业蓬勃发展,海洋平台开发水深越来越深,海洋平台的尺寸也越来越大。在海洋平台建造过程中,整体的尺寸控制作为极为重要的部分,越来越受到重视,而立柱处的尺寸控制,又是其中至关重要的一个环节,其控制方法更是越来越凸显其重要性。合理的预制公差要求既要能确保模块整体的总装公差,又要有利于控制甲板片的建造周期及成本。本文旨在提供一种合理的立柱尺寸控制方法,从制造尺寸和定位尺寸两方面来进行立柱的尺寸控制,以促进海洋平台制造技术的发展,进一步提高生产水平。 Since the beginning of this century,China's offshore oil industry has developed vigorously,the depth of offshore platform development has become deeper and deeper,and the size of offshore platforms has also become larger.During the construction of offshore platforms,the overall dimensional control has been paid more and more attention as an extremely important part,and the dimensional control at the columns is a vital part of it,and its control methods are more and more prominent.importance.Reasonable prefabrication tolerance requirements can not only ensure the overall assembly tolerances of the module,but also be conducive to controlling the construction period and cost of the deck sheet.The purpose of this article is to provide a reasonable method for controlling the size of the column.The size of the column is controlled from the two aspects of manufacturing size and positioning size to promote the development of offshore platform manufacturing technology and further improve the production level.
