摘要 近几年来,国内加氢技术得到长足发展,加氢装置在炼油和石油化工企业中受到重视。加氢反应器与加热炉是加氢装置中非常重要的核心设备,操作条件比较苛刻,具有高温、高压、临氢等特点。炉反区的管线应力分析尤为重要。以某石化公司40万t/a催化汽油加氢装置中的炉反区应力计算过程为例,总结汽油加氢炉反区管线应力分析要点,对该管系应力分析过程中遇到的问题进行讨论。 In recent years,hydrogenation technology has made great progress in our country,and hydrogenation unit has been paid much attention in refining and petrochemical enterprises.Hydrogenation reactor and heating furnace are very important core equipment in hydrogenation unit.The operating conditions are relatively harsh,and they are characterized by high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.The stress analysis of the pipeline in the furnace reverse area is particularly important.Taking the calculation process of the calculation process of the reaction in a 400 thousand ton per year catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit of a Petrochemical Industries Co.as an example,the main points of the stress analysis of the reverse zone pipeline in the gasoline hydrogenation furnace are summarized,and some noticeable problems in the process of the stress analysis are discussed.
