摘要
外取热是催化裂化装置反再系统调节热平衡的重要手段。外取热管束排布密集,受力复杂,在管道设计中需特别加以关注。本文结合实际项目对外取热管束排布、管道布置、管道支架选型三方面进行了探讨。
External heat collecting is an important means of regulating heat balance in reaction-regeneration system of FCC unit.Because of the dense arrangement and complex stress of external heat collection tube,special attention should be paid in piping design.In this paper,the layout of external heat collection tube,the design of pipeline and the selection of pipe supports are discussed based on the actual project.
