工程设计中优化设备布置的注意事项

摘要 设备布置是指在工程设计时,将某一装置内的各种生产设备,按照工艺流程、物料性质以及尽量将同类别设备集中布置等原则,进行有规划的布置。设备布置是工程设计中最重要的一个过程,一个合理的设备布置,首先必须严格按照相关的安全和消防规范进行设计,保证装置安全稳定的运行;其次是合理利用空间,最大可能的降低装置的用地面积,从而节约投资费用;第三在保证工艺流程通畅的前提下尽量做到设备紧凑,使设备间的连接管线最短;第四必须要考虑到操作以及后期维护等方面的便利,预留好检修所需的通道。笔者通过对某PSA提纯装置的设备布置图优化设计,总结出一些经验性注意事项,希望能够在工作中有所帮助,使我们的工程设计更加完美。 Equipment layout refers to the planned layout of various production equipment in a certain device according to the principles of process flow,material properties and centralized layout of the same category of equipment as far as possible.Equipment layout is the most important process in engineering design.A reasonable equipment layout must first be designed in strict accordance with the relevant safety and fire protection specifications to ensure the safe and stable operation of the device;secondly,reasonable use of space to reduce the land area of the device as much as possible,so as to save investment costs;thirdly,try to do it on the premise of ensuring the smooth process flow In order to make the equipment compact,the connecting pipeline between the equipment shall be the shortest;fourthly,the convenience of operation and later maintenance shall be considered,and the channel required for maintenance shall be reserved.Through the optimization design of the equipment layout of a PSA purification plant,the author summarizes some empirical precautions,hoping to be helpful in the work and make our engineering design more perfect.
