新工科理念下材料工程硕士研究生专业实践能力的培养 被引量:7

摘要 在新工科背景下,对材料工程专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量提出了更高水平的要求。实践能力成为工程硕士研究生培养体系的关键环节,专业实践能力的高低是衡量培养质量的重要标准。以济南大学材料工程专业硕士研究生培养为例,充分利用本学科在本校的专业优势,围绕课程内容设置、实践基地建设、完善双导师制度、学位论文与实践相结合等方面,以提升学生工程实践能力为重点的培养模式,为社会探索并输出适应材料工程领域需求的高质量、创新型人才。 Under the background of new engineering,the higher training quality requirements are raised for the masters majoring in materials engineering.Practical ability has become a key part in the training system for engineering masters.The level of professional practice ability is an important criterion for evaluating the quality of talents training.Taking the postgraduate training for materials engineering major in University of Jinan as an example,we have made full use of the professional advantages of this discipline at the university,and focused on the curriculum contents,the construction of practice base,the improvement of the double tutors,and the combination of dissertation and practice,etc.The training mode with the emphasis on enhancing students engineering practical ability has adopted to explore and output high-quality and innovative talents to meet the needs of the material engineering field for the society.
