现代学徒制视域下化工技术类专业工匠精神培育的研究与实践 被引量:6

摘要 基于现代学徒制培育高职学生工匠精神是时代的诉求,通过现代学徒制将工匠精神引入校企合作,在理论上是对现在职业教育理论和工匠精神研究的有效补充和探索;在实践上为推进高职教育教学改革和深化校企合作产教融合提供新的思路。本文对高职院校“工匠精神”培育所面临的来自社会、企业、学校等各方面的现实困境进行了深入分析,在此基础上提出了培育路径,并针对化工技术类专业的“工匠精神”培育进行了有效探索和实践。联合行业企业共同制定化工技术类专业的“齐鲁工匠后备人才”培育方案、将工匠精神培养内化于现代学徒制人才培养方案中、校企合作共建校内“工匠精神”培育阵地、打造工学交替的双导师核心团队、探索并实施“企业课堂”进行岗位技能训练,将工匠精神培育落实到实处,以期为新旧动能转换、石化产业转型升级做出贡献。 Based on the modern apprenticeship system,the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational students is the demand of the times.The introduction of craftsman spirit into the school enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges through the modern apprenticeship system is a theoretical supplement and exploration to the current vocational education theory and craftsman spirit research.Moreover,it provides new path for promoting the teaching reform of higher vocational education and deepening the cooperation of school and enterprises in practice.In this paper,the practical difficulties faced by the cultivation of“craftsman spirit”in higher vocational colleges are analyzed from various aspects,such as society,enterprise,school and so on.On this basis,the cultivation paths are put forward with effective exploration and practice for the cultivation of“artisan spirit”in chemical technology specialty.For example,“Qilu craftsman reserve talents”cultivation plan for chemical technology specialty was developed by industrial enterprises and college.And the craftsman spirit was internalized in the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation plan.“Artisan spirit”cultivation center was built in college by the cooperation of enterprises and school.Also the core team of dual mentors was built with the alternation of work and learning.In addition,“enterprise classroom”for job skill training was explored,by which the artisan spirit was put into practice.It is expected that these actions could contribute to the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and upgrading of petrochemical industry.
