摘要 针对传统动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法无法解决可测扰动的问题,在DMC算法预测模型中引入前馈补偿,建立含有可测扰动的预测模型,从而解决可测扰动。本文以重油分馏塔过程模型为例,对比了传统DMC算法和应用含有可测扰动预测模型的DMC算法。通过仿真实验,得出应用含有可测扰动预测模型的DMC算法预测输出值能更好的追踪设定值。 In order to solve the problem of measurable disturbance,the traditional dynamic matrix control(DMC)algorithm is introduced into the prediction model of DMC algorithm,and a prediction model with measurable disturbance is established.Taking the heavy oil fractionator process model as an example,this paper compares the traditional DMC algorithm and the DMC algorithm with measurable disturbance prediction model.The simulation results show that DMC algorithm with measurable disturbance prediction model can better track the set point.
