工程专项规划是城市公用事业高效建设、有序运营的重要依据,对市政基础设施建设实施发挥了统筹引领作用。新时期工程专项规划正面临由单规划、单系统设计向多规划、多系统融合的演变,既强调规划间的整合协同,呈现更加注重细节、注重实施的趋势。基于此,结合近年规划实践项目,对新时期传统技术与新方法、新需求融合下的工程专项规划编制要点及技术路径进行一些探讨研究。

Engineering planning is an important basis for efficient construction and orderly operation of urban public utilities,and plays a leading role in the implementation of municipal construction. In new period,engineering planning faces the evolution from single planning and single system to multi-planning and multi-system,emphasizes the integration and coordination between different plans,and shows the trend of putting more emphasis on details and implementation. Based on the planning in recent years,this paper discusses the key points and technical path of engineering planning under the integration of traditional technology,new methods and new requests in new period.
