摘要
某办公楼因建筑改造要求,需将其中2根中柱拆除。通过计算抽柱后相关梁柱及基础内力的变化,对相关上部构件及基础采用加大截面、增设斜拉杆、补打锚杆静压桩等方法对结构进行加固,保证了抽柱后结构满足承载力及正常使用的要求,整体改造工程顺利进行。
Two interior columns of an office building need to be removed due to reconstruction of the buliding. By calculating the changes of the internal forces of the relevant beams and columns and the foundation after the extraction of the columns,the relevant upper components and the foundation are strengthened by increasing the cross-section,adding diagonal tie rods,and adding anchor static pressure pil. To ensure that the structure can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and normal use,so that the overall transformation project can be completed.
