摘要 随着BIM技术日趋成熟,现阶段已在很多工程领域都得到了飞速发展,但基于BIM技术在市政综合管廊管理云平台的应用目前仍处于探索阶段,亟待加快速度推进。基此,以福州市新店外环路西段道路工程地下综合管廊工程为例,探讨了BIM技术在地下综合管廊设计阶段的应用,并结合GIS地理信息系统空间属性,将BIM+GIS技术应用到地下综合管廊建设中,整合并搭建综合管廊管理云平台。研究结果发现,利用BIM三维信息技术特点,发挥其专业协同共享功能,探索形成标准化三维管廊模型,极大地减少了数据整合的工作量;同时,管理云平台利用SUPERMAP-9D平台作为数据技术支撑,能快速处理庞大的BIM模型数据信息,并实时共享云平台数据信息,有效解决了信息孤岛问题,提升了项目全生命周期的整体管控水平,实现了市政项目管理手段和管控方式的创新。 With the development of BIM Technology,it has been rapidly developed in many engineering fields. However,the application of BIM Technology in the management cloud platform of municipal utility tunnel is still in the exploration stage,which needs to be promoted.Therefore,taking the west section of Xindianwaihuan road in Fuzhou as an example,this paper discusses the application of BIM Technology in the design stage of the utility tunnel,and combines the spatial attribute of GIS,applies BIM + GIS technology to the construction of the utility tunnel,and builds the management cloud platform. The research results show that using the characteristics of BIM 3D information technology,exerting its function of professional collaboration and sharing,exploring the formation of standardized 3D model,greatly reducing the workload of data integration;At the same time,the management cloud platform uses the supermap-9 d platform as the data technology support,which can quickly process the huge data information of BIM models,and share the cloud platform data information in real time,effectively solve the problem of information island,improve the overall management and control level of the whole life cycle of the project,and realize the innovation of municipal project management means and control methods.
