佛山地区3193例高龄孕妇胎儿染色体核型分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对高龄妊娠胎儿染色体核型进行分析,探讨细胞遗传技术产前诊断的意义。方法选择3193例来广东省佛山市第一人民医院产科进行遗传咨询的高龄孕妇,在B超引导下行穿刺术,获取绒毛、羊水或脐血进行细胞培养,收获中期细胞后制片,常规G显带,进行染色体核型分析,从而分析高龄孕妇产前细胞遗传学诊断的临床价值。结果 3193例高龄孕妇染色体核型分析结果中,染色体异常99例,异常率3.1%。结论高龄孕妇胎儿染色体异常以非整倍体发生率较高,有条件地区应同时开展分子遗传学的诊断,提高染色体病的检出率、准确率,降低缺陷儿的出生,达到优生优育的目的。
