大学生党员“五位一体”培养教育机制的探索与实践--以L大学旅游学院为例

Exploration and Practice of“Five-In-One”Training and Education Mechanism for College-Student Party Members--Taking School of Tourism in L University as Example

当前大学生党员培养教育碎片化与高校学生志愿服务的形式化现象日渐凸显。为破解这一困境,通过梳理L大学旅游学院大学生党员“五位一体”培养教育的实践探索,分析高校学生党员培养与志愿服务有效结合的可行性、实效性,进而提出相关完善建议,助推高校实践育人常态化。

In view of the increasing prominence of the fragmentization of the training and education of Party members and the formalization of volunteer services among college students currently,in order to solve this dilemma,through exploration and practice of“five-in-one”training and education of college-student Party members in school of tourism of L University,this paper analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of effective combination of the training and education of college-student Party members and the voluntary services and then puts forward relevant suggestions for improvement so as to promote the normalization of education through practice in colleges and universities.
