摘要
针对圆锥滚子轴承内圈大挡边形状会影响轴承寿命、承载能力、挡边强度、摩擦方式、润滑性能等问题,以32013圆锥滚子轴承为例,对比分析大挡边形状对轴承接触应力和疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明:外凸型挡边接触应力明显降低。
The shapes of large rib of inner ring affect life,load capacity,rib strength,friction mode,lubricating property of tapered roller bearing.Taking cylindrical roller bearing 32013 as an example,the influence of shapes of large rib on contact stress and fatigue life of the bearing is analyzed comparatively.The results show that the contact stress of outer convex type rib decreases obviously.
