多孔聚合物轴承保持架自动真空浸油机的研制

摘要 研制了一台高真空度,高精度温度控制,过程全自动控制的真空浸油机,用于空间用多孔聚合物轴承保持架真空环境下的烘烤、浸油工序。该设备采用真空腔密封、温控的整体结构,基于过程全自动控制的工作原理设计了控制系统及相应的执行机构。经使用证明,该设备的技术指标及功能满足设计和工艺要求。 A vacuum oil immersion machine with high vacuum degree,high precision temperature control and fully automatic process control is developed for baking and oil immersion of space porous polymer bearing cages under vacuum environment.The equipment adopts integrated structure of vacuum chamber seal and temperature control,and the control system and relevant excuting mechanisms are designed based on fully automatic process control.It is proved by use that the technical indexes and functions of the equipment meet design and process requirements.
