摘要
基于水介质高速自润滑球轴承的特点,从材料、结构参数和保持架3个方面探讨了轴承的设计、润滑与冷却技术,分析了轴承主要失效模式及失效机理,研制了某泵用水介质高速自润滑三点接触球轴承,并通过轴承试验验证了技术方案的合理性。
Based on characteristic of high speed self-lubricating ball bearings in water medium,the design,lubrication and cooling technology of the bearings is discussed from material,structural parameters and cages.The main failure modes and failure mechanism of the bearings are analyzed.The high speed self-lubricating three point contact ball bearings in water medium for a pump is developed,and the rationality of technical scheme is verified by test of the bearings.
