摘要
分析了一种带弹支结构的角接触球轴承外圈结构特点和车削难点。改变传统的加工理念,将外圈热处理导致变形量大的部位(外径面、内台阶面、外台阶面、外槽等)移到热处理工序之后加工,从而保证了产品加工质量,提高了生产效率。
The structural characteristics and turning difficulties for outer ring of an angular contact ball bearing with elastic supporting structure are analyzed.By changing traditional machining concept,the surfaces of the rings(outer diameter surface,inner step surface,outer step surface,outer groove,etc.)with large deformation amount caused by heat treatment are processed after heat treatment process,so as to ensure processing quality of products and improve production efficiency.
