摘要
电梯曳引轮轴承运转时具有外圈旋转以及受载状况、转速和旋向等指标频繁变化的特点。为准确模拟曳引轮轴承的工作特点并对其进行性能试验,设计了一种外壳为剖分式结构,主体部分为悬臂结构的电梯曳引轮轴承试验机。阐述了该试验机的工作原理、主体部分结构以及液压加载系统工作方式,介绍了该试验机的主要技术特点,并通过实机试验验证了该试验机试验结果的可靠性。
The elevator traction wheel bearings during rotation are characterized with rotating outer rings and frequently-changing loading condition,rotational speed and rotational direction.In order to accurately simulate operating characteristics of traction wheel bearings and carry out performance test,an elevator traction wheel bearing tester is designed,which consists of shell with split structure and main body with cantilever structure.The operating principle,structure of main body and operating mode of hydraulic loading system of the tester are expounded.The main technical characteristics of the tester are introduced,and the reliability of test results obtained by the tester is verified by actual machine test.
