含分布式储能的能源局域网能量优化管理方法 被引量:6

摘要 为了克服可再生能源随机性的影响,提高系统能源利用效率,提出了一种基于最优能量流的含分布式储能的能源局域网能量管理方法。首先,构造多能源局域网信息流与能量流融合的模型,模型上层为信息交换的通信网络,下层为多能源局域网系统。然后,使用分层的集中式优化进行能源局域网网间和网内管理,其中网间管理优化整个多能源局域网系统的总运行成本,而网内管理则根据网间优化的结果,在每个能源局域网内,分别求出分布式储能的充放电功率。通过能量管理方法对分布式储能进行控制,可获得网间和网内的最优能量流,从而使整个多能源局域网的总运行成本最低。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建多能源局域网仿真平台,通过算例分析表明,在可再生能源与负载均剧烈波动的情况下,能量管理方法仍可以控制储能的运行来实现多能源局域网的稳定运行,并使能源局域网中的储能运行成本、传输线网损等最小,实现整个多能源局域网的总运行成本最小,即最优能量流。 In order to overcome the randomness of renewable energy and improve the efficiency of system energy utilization,an energy management method of Energy Local Area Networks(ELAN)with distributed energy storage based optimal energy flow is proposed.Firstly,the model of multi-energy local area network(MELAN)with information flow and energy flow fusion is constructed.The upper layer of the model is a communication network for information exchange,while the lower layer is a MELAN system.Then,a hierarchical centralized optimization for inter-network and intra-network management of ELAN is used,where inter-network management is used to optimize the overall operating costs of the entire MELAN system while intra-network management is used to obtain the charge and discharge power of distributed energy storage in each ELAN based on the results of inter-network optimization.The distributed energy storage is controlled by the energy management method to obtain the optimal energy flow of inter-network and intra-network,thereby achieving the minimum comprehensive operation cost of the entire MELAN.Finally,a MELAN simulation platform is built in MATLAB/Simulink.The analysis of the example shows that the energy management method can still control the operation of energy storage to realize the stable operation of MELAN when the renewable energy and load are fluctuating wildly,and minimize the energy storage operation cost and transmission line network loss in the ELAN to realize the minimum total operation cost of the entire MELAN and the optimal energy flow.
